Today we moved to a new resort further down the coast. It’s a bit fancier than the last, and also a bit quieter, which is kinda nice. Have been hanging out a lot with a lovely Minnesotan couple, but it’s nice to have some time to ourselves.

Took advantage of that when we got here – they’d left a bottle of Champagne chilling in our room and strewn the bed with tropical flowers. The bottle is now empty and the flowers are crushed into the sheets. I suppose there are worse ways to stain a conjugal bed…

Am sleepy now, must be time for a nap.
